We are delighted to have successfully completed the latest refinance of Willcox House with Principality Building Society, whose continued support highlights the strength of our funding relationships and has been instrumental in our ongoing growth.
Since acquiring Willcox House on 1st October 2024, the building reached full occupancy just over a year later.
We now have a waiting list in place for prospective tenants and are incredibly proud of the vibrant community that has developed, along with the outstanding businesses that call Willcox House home.
