Director

Chris focuses on a number of areas for the group which includes sourcing new business, working on site viabilities, working on finance options, liaising with investors and working closely with the construction team. Prior to any development, Chris also works with the property team to set out the strategy to achieve sales/rentals.

Director

Emma focuses on implementing company policies, directing strategy towards profitable growth and operations of the company. Emma works on the interior design of new developments and focuses on the finished products, whilst working closely with Chris and the construction team on layouts and end results. Simultaneously, she manages the entire property team and portfolio.

Lynne oversees the financial management for the group. Lynne manages everyday payments, VAT returns, PAYEE calculations, provides annual rental summaries, monthly statements, and most importantly ensuring cash flow is kept to a well performing level.

Marketing Executive

Charlotte manages the marketing and PR for the company. This includes our social media channels, branding, marketing materials, company analytics and advertising. She manages, oversees and analyses content produced and the data of traffic that is captured on a daily basis. Charlotte is also heavily involved with our websites, design, photography and overall image as a group.

Lettings Negotiator

Emma works closely with Taylor on all of our management properties, her day to day duties include working closely with landlords to find suitable tenants, arranging & conducting viewings and dealing with the formalities of referencing and drafting tenancy agreement.

Daheer Jama

Development Director

Having qualified as a Chartered Architectural Technologist and being on the Wales Regional Committee – Daheer works intensively on the delivery of the construction side of the company. Working with external architectural firms, and working with our team of contractors Daheer’s role is key infrastructure for PropertyIndex. He manages and monitors the build process from inception to completion, liaising with Emma on the final product and interior finishes.

Hotel Operations Manager

As the operations manager for Mount Rooms Hotel, Siraya’s responsibilities include strategic thinking, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and client services. Siraya is also responsible for hiring & training staff, monitoring staff performance and maintaining budget. She proactively seeks opportunities and ways to maximise revenue, develops service delivery and ensures that guest have a positive experience.

Events Coordinator

Chanel is our Events Manager & Wedding Coordinator. Chanel has a wide range of tasks to carry out and gains a complete understanding of every requirement for each event such as discussing requirements with clients & creating event concepts whilst estimating cost. She is also responsible for the day-to-day administration of events including placing orders, answering event enquiries and meeting with vendors. Chanel also manages staff to ensure the completion of a successful event.

Solicitor

Lorna has worked with us since 2015. She has over 25 years of legal experience and previously worked for Cardiff Council’s legal department. Lorna has assisted us in various property transactions and has helped us refinance, develop, acquire and sell numerous deals for PropertyIndex. Lorna is a vital person to the group as she knows our company structures inside out, plus she’s aware of our methods of purchasing property and has good relationships with our banks we use regularly.

HR/Administration

Georgia manages the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget. Additionally, Georgia supports the smooth running of administration by carrying out clerical tasks and projects.

Site Management

An integral part of the project management team, Kieran is responsible for delivery of our projects and working with the construction team to ensure that budget and timeframes are kept in line. Kieran has worked within the construction industry in South Wales for over 18 years, covering most aspects of building works and has experience in site managing large scale commercial and residential projects. Kieran works with different contractors on a day-to-day basis and is responsible for a large team of full-time trades. He has a wealth of knowledge within the building sector.

Site Management

Anthony is responsible for delivery of our projects and working with the construction team to ensure that budget and timeframes are kept in line, and an integral part of the project management team. Anthony has over 10 years of site experience and has been involved in many projects throughout Cardiff. Anthony has a wealth of knowledge within the building sector and works with different sub-contractors on a day-to-day basis.

Customer Relations

Working within the Head Office team and within the estates department – Chris is part of a small team that deals with utility companies, insurance, customer care and day-to-day estate management. Chris has travelled the world and had a wealth of experience with different cultures, which gives him a strong customer service advantage. Chris has also worked for large corporate companies, which has provided him with a solid professional background.

Gary is the procurement and maintenance coordinator within the company. With over 20 years of maintenance experience, Gary is responsible for the upkeep of our developments across the board – maintaining excellent standards for our residents, guests and commercial tenants.
