We are ending 2019 with a bang (and a new website!)
PropertyIndex has gone from strength to strength in 2019, with 3 developments acquired, numerous developments completed, others achieving planning permission, investor base rapidly growing and our amazing team expanding.
Our new website is centred around users with new interactive features such as our investment calculator, potential investors can now calculate their return at their fingertips – giving them ease knowing exactly how much their 9% return will give them.
We have also broken down our developments into Residential, Workspace and Hotel. For this, we have selected a 'Featured Development', our flagships in each category. We have included images and key facts that are quick and easy to navigate.
A map feature allows users to see where our development sites are located around South Wales, so users gain an insight into amenities surrounding developments.
Meet the team – Everyone likes knowing who they are dealing with, that’s why we have added a Meet the Team section! Each team member has an image, job title and description for you to feel familiar with us!
News section – There is always news at PropertyIndex! Whether that’s developments being acquired or completed, we are keeping users updated in our progress.
