PropertyIndex are delighted to get this property over the line. Given the current high interest rate market, frustrating delays, and constant challenges within the property market, we feel this was the correct deal for the current landscape.
With the future in mind, we have been looking to branch out to the Swansea market for some time, and we are delighted to start with West Glamorgan House. With plenty of potential, we have some exciting ideas for the property which will shape part of our future pipeline.
